Welcome! I’m Anne, sometimes known as “Moose”, and the author of this blog. I’ve been practicing yoga since 1998, and began a 200-hour teacher training in 2009. I entered the training to broaden my own understanding of yoga, physically and philosophically, and to learn how to develop a consistent personal practice. These intentions will continue after the course has ended, and this blog is designed to share thoughts and ideas that inspire me along the way. I hope you find something useful here, as well!
